Subject: fix(dry-run): join ffmpeg command safely

Use printf %q to build the verbose dry-run ffmpeg command as a single
space-separated string.

This makes the command display clearer and more copyable while
preserving shell-safe quoting for arguments that contain spaces or
special characters.
