Add SPDX copyright and license markers to repository metadata and
documentation files.
Use comment styles appropriate for git attributes, gitignore, the commit
message template, README, and justfile so license metadata is visible
without changing runtime behavior.

Add a developer script that uses ffmpeg lavfi sources to create
synthetic video test files without storing binary media in the
repository.
Allow callers to choose codec, resolution, duration, frame rate, source
filter, pixel format, output path, and overwrite behavior from the
command line.
Expose the generator through just and ignore generated testfiles in git.

Add a dedicated release helper so version and revision metadata can be
prepared consistently before publishing a new release.
Use git attributes to keep developer tooling and repository metadata out
of generated source archives. Also ignore the dist directory created
during the release process.
