chore(aur): add Arch Linux packaging submodule
Add contrib/archlinux as a git submodule pointing to the AUR package
repository for transcode.sh.
Keep AUR-specific generated files, such as .SRCINFO, tracked separately
from the main project while still allowing packaging files to live under
contrib.
