Order the exporter service and timer after network-online.target and add
a Wants dependency so network connectivity is established before they
run.

Remove Persistent=true so missed daily runs are not triggered
automatically when the system comes back online.

Remove syscall restrictions that prevent pacman and related subprocesses
from running successfully under the systemd service.
Also remove the outdated comment about ProtectSystem and ProtectHome.

Add a hardened oneshot service for running the exporter with arguments
loaded from /etc/conf.d/prometheus-pacman-exporter.
Add a persistent daily timer for automatic metric collection and include
a default empty configuration file for additional command-line options.
