Keep diagnostic and progress messages separate from normal stdout output
so the exporter can be used safely in pipelines and command
substitutions.
Allow message helpers to operate without an active Click context, while
preserving quiet, verbose, and debug behavior when a context is
available.
Require Python 3.12 for the generic type parameter syntax used by the
new context-object decorator and refresh the lockfile accordingly.

Synchronize the documented command-line options with the current CLI
behavior, including multiple borgmatic configuration paths and the new
color handling.
Also clarify several help messages and reformat the metrics tables for
consistent Markdown formatting.

Move shared CLI output helpers into a dedicated module to keep the main
exporter module focused on metric collection.
Also simplify the command-line option definitions, add missing help
text, and allow --color values to be passed with or without an equals
sign.

Allow --borgmatic-config to be specified multiple times and pass each
configuration path through to borgmatic.
This also removes the hard-coded default configuration path, allowing
borgmatic's own configuration discovery to be used when no explicit
configuration is provided.
